HAND BRAKE CABLE
This is our own 105revive production to the same specification as the original Montreal centre hand brake cable (105.64.42.030.00). Unlike the other 105 cables available for the GT, GTV, Berlina and Spider which are often used our cable is the correct length and has the braided sleeve to protect the cable from the right hand rear pipe section of the exhaust.

FUEL FILTER Rear - Petrol tank
This is a best quality felt filter which replaces the original felt type filter (105.64.32.026.01) situated in the petrol tank. This filter requires the tank to be drained of fuel for replacement. It may also require a new filter housing tank gasket (105.64.32.229.00).

FUEL TANK GASKET
This is the gasket (105.64.32.229.00) between the petrol tank and the fuel filter housing assembly. This is a NEW 105 production and is identical to the original Alfa Ricambi supplied gasket in every detail. This requires the tank to be drained of fuel for replacement.

OIL FILTER Medium - H 102mm, OD 93mm - Engine
K&N HP-2004. In our opinion this is one of the best quality oil filters available to replace the now unavailable original large type filter (105.55.06.030.00 and 105.55.06.030.01). This filter is fitted with an internal Drain back valve, Bypass valve and PSI relief valve rated 8-11.

PLEASE NOTE: Unlike the original large filter both types of K&N filter do not require the removal of the anti-roll bar first and can be replaced from above rather than below. They can be removed with a standard spanner. When carrying out an oil change it is worth checking for the presence of black particles in your old oil which could be the early warning sign of wear to the contact surface of the timing chain guides which tend to disintegrate with age.

SPICA INJECTION BELT
This is best quality Goodyear branded timing belt specifically for the Montreal Spica injection pump and replaces the original belt (105.55.04.312.00). Note: When fitting this belt it is important that the reference mark on the pulley lines up with the mark on the injection pump. IMPORTANT: If you are replacing a broken belt you will also need to refer to the workshop manual for details on timing the pump with the engine.

SPICA INJECTION OIL FILTER
This is best quality filter specifically for the 8 cylinder Montreal Spica injection pump and replaces the original filter (105.64.04.082.00). Note: this is not the same filter used on the Spica injected 4 cylinder cars.

AIR FILTER - Pair
This is best quality air filter currently available for the Montreal. Sold as a pair. This replaces the original Tecnocar A-64 filter which is no longer available (105.64.08.011.00/05).

ALTERNATOR BELT
This is best quality branded alternator belt specifically for the original Bosch alternator (0190601006) & the plug type (0190600006).

THERMOSTAT
This is best quality branded replacement thermostat 83°C (105.41.01.064.00) also used on the 105 four cylinder engines.

BOSCH SPARK PLUGS
Spark plug - Bosch WR56 - this is our preferred spark plug for the 105 series Montreal. It is a 4 electrode plug and the closest modern alternative to the original specification Golden Lodge plug. We have used these in our own Montreal since their introduction.

NGK SPARK PLUGS
Spark plug - NGK B7ES - this is the other recommended alternative spark plug for the 105 series Montreal which is also used in the other 4 cylinder Alfas.

105revive PROP SHAFT REBUILDS
105revive can supply and fit a fully rebuilt prop shaft on an exchange basis with your old one*. We can supply either a complete prop shaft including centre mounting (105.64.15.127.00) or just the rear section. All our refurbished prop shafts use the best quality high grade lube UJs and are fitted with new sliding joints before being balanced. 105revive can also supply a narrow tube heavy duty propshaft which eliminates the need for the rubber doughnut (105.64.15.300.00).
